- All services require an appointment.
- Your appointment must be booked with a valid debit/credit card. Your card will not be charged prior to your service.
- If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time you will be charged a $50 convenience if that appointment is not filled.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you are considered a no show appointment and will need to reschedule. Your card on file will be charged a $50 convenience fee.
- NO CALL/NO SHOW your appointment and your credit card on file will be charged a $50 convenience fee.
- If your debit/credit card is not valid, you will be sent an invoice to pay the convenience fee. Failure to pay your invoice within 24 hours will result in being declined any services in the future.
- 3+ NO CALL/NO SHOWS will result in being declined any services in the future.
- Please reschedule/refrain from scheduling an appointment if you are sick or are experiencing any Cold, Flu, Fever, COVID-19 (etc) symptoms.
- Please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes early prior to your appointment time. All appointments run on a strict time schedule.
- Guests and children are not allowed in the treatment room. Additional guests or child(ren) must wait in the waiting area.
- All Services, Retail Products, Gift Certificates, E-Gift Cards, Physical Gift Cards, etc. are non refundable.
- We do not tolerate any sort of rudeness, entitlement, or disrespect. If you are displaying any sort of these behaviors, this will result in being fired as a patient and declined from booking any future services.
